Founder of Tumbuna Threads

My name is Angeline, and I hail from the Gulf Province of Papua New Guinea. Having been born and raised in PNG, I have a strong bond with my motherland, which has only been further strengthened by my time in Australia and my search for a sense of community. Seeing the MOB and the cultural pride of First Nations people reflected in their fashion sense inspired me to start this brand. I hope to inspire both young and older generations to take pride in their heritage.

1. What is Tumbuna Threads?
Tumbuna Threads is your go-to store for high-quality Pacific ethnic apparel. We celebrate culture through stylish and comfortable garments designed to represent heritage with pride.

2. How long does delivery take?
If you are in Australia Delivery will take 5-10 days from the date of purchase. If you are anywhere else, delivery times may vary however delivery should not take longer than 20 days.

3. Do you charge for shipping?
No! We offer free shipping on all orders.

4. Are your garments high quality?
Yes! We take pride in providing high-quality fabrics and prints to ensure comfort and durability.

5. Do your clothes fit true to size?
Yes! Except for out PREMIUM HOODIES (which run a size smaller) all other garments are true to size, so you can order your usual size with confidence.

6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do not offer returns for change of mind, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a resolution.

7. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

8. Do you offer custom designs?
At the moment, we do not offer custom designs, but we are always expanding our collection. Stay tuned for future releases!
